Owned and operated by Joe O'Hara, O'Hara Fitness is fully equipped to help people of all ages and abilities reach their fitness potential. Whether you are an Athlete looking to achieve greatness or just someone looking to lose weight and get healthier we can set you on the right path

 

Joe O'Hara has extensive experience working with some of the highest ranked athletes in the Philadelphia Region.  As HEAD Strength and Conditoining Coach at Lower Merion High School as well as the Throwing Coach for the school's Track and Field Team, Joe has helped students win championships, make it to Penn Relays, States and Nationals, break records and get into college.

In addition to Lower Merion HS and O'Hara Fitness Joe has also been the Fitness Director and Head Trainer at the Julian Krinsky Camps and Programs (JKCP) since 2012 training thousands of athletes from over 40 different countries at Villanova University.  O'Hara Fitness also has succesfully run Tennis Fitness Camps with Chirico-Cohen and in 2016 we launched our first Throwers Camp for Shotput Discus and Jav which will continue in 2017.

O'Hara Fitness currently operates out of three locations.  Our first studio which is inside the Julian Krinsky Tennis Club in Narberth and our newest studio which is located inside the Gulph Mills Tennis Club and our High Level Athlete facility at the Green Valley Country Club in Lafayette Hills working with the Chirico-Cohen Academy.

   

                                                     

 

Dan Colleluori

AAAI Certified Trainer running sessions at all three of our locations as well as taking over our Jack M Barrack Academy Strength Program as the official Strength and Conditioning Coach to all teams.  Dan has also worked as the Head Fitness Coach at our JKCP Haverford College Camp and Lines Camp as well working with our top ranked athletes at our International JKCP Villanova University Camp.  Throughout the week you can find Dan at all of our locations in addition to training many of our athletes at St Joes University, Harcum College, and the Barrack Academy
