The O'Hara Fitness Athlete Training is for Middle School, High School, and College athletes who are looking to improve speed, agility, quickness, coordination, endurance, athleticism, strength and sportsmanship.  Our programs are run by a highly qualified staff of coaches all of whom are experienced training athletes of all levels, from beginner to advanced to even college athletes.  

 

As the Strength Coaches for Lower Merion High School, Jack M Barrack Jewish Academy, Julian Krinsky Camps and Programs, LINES Camp, and Three Tennis Clubs we have the experience needed to delivery the best results possible.
