Since 2012, O'Hara Fitness has operated inside of a tennis as well as Camps and Schools. During this time, we have had the privilege of working with some of the best youth athletes around and helping our Adult clients reach their goals and live a much healthier/active life. Our Club
When we say "Private Personal Training" we mean it. After years of working out inside of big gym and knowing what it's like to have to wait for equipment and deal with packed facilities during peak hours, we set out to open a club that provides a complete 1on1 "Private" atmosphere. Our club is always 100% just you and the trainer. No waiting for equipment, no crowds, no one watching. When you come in for a 1 on 1 session, it is truly 1 on 1.

Joe O'Hara: Owner/Trainer
Working with Kids and Adults since 2012. Launched Strength and Conditioning Programs at multiple High Schools in the area.
Coaching Highlight: Multiple top 20 USA Athletes in Powerlifting and Track and Field including #5 USA Teen Girls Bench, #6 USA Teen Girls Deadlift, Top 15 USA Teen Girls Powerlifting, #17 Teen Boys Javelin, and a 4th Place USA Powerlifting Nationals Medal.

Dan C: Head Trainer
Coaching with us since 2013. During his time with us, Dan has run programs at Villanova, Haverford, and Private High Schools.
Coaching Highlight: #28 Nationally Ranked Tennis Player in the USA and many Tennis State Championships.

Caraleigh M: Yoga Instructor
Caraleigh has been a certified yoga instructor since 2019. She has a Bachelor of Science in Dance as well as a Master of Arts in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling from Drexel University. Caraleigh has taught classes to people with all levels of experience and adjusts the class structure to fit the needs of the participants. Her classes incorporate strength, balance, flexibility, mindfulness, and releasing muscle tension in the body. She emphasizes the importance of the mind-body connection in her sessions to promote both physical and mental wellbeing.

Will H: Trainer
Will trained with under Joe during his HS Track and Field and football career where he set School Records in Bench Press and Squat, being the first in Lower Merion HS History to break a 300lb Bench and 500lb Squat. He recently graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine.

Abby G: Trainer
Abby has been lifting and running for the past 5 years. She is a 9x varsity athlete and 4x Captain of girls track at Lower Merion High School. Abby is also certified as a lifeguard and have been giving swimming lessons for the past 3 years.

Josh R: Trainer
Being a lifelong athlete, athletics have always been a passion of mine. I played soccer at Skidmore College and was a four year starter, playing centre back. I also attended The Haverford School (Class of '17) and played basketball and ran track as well. As an ISSA certified trainer, I have experience both in one-on-one personal training and group training as well.
