Joe O'Hara has extensive experience working with some of the highest ranked athletes in the Philadelphia Region.  As Head Strength and Conditoining Coach at Lower Merion High School (2016-2022) and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Souderton Area High School (2023-Present), Joe has helped students win championships, make it to Penn Relays, States and Nationals, break records and get into college.

AAAI Certified Trainer running sessions for us since 2013.  Dan has also worked as the Head Fitness Coach at our JKCP Haverford College Camp and Lines Camp as well working with our top ranked athletes at our club and various schools we have teamed up with.
