GOAT WORKOUT!
Time is running out, sign up NOW for a Goat Workout before it gets too cold.  We are wrapping up our FREE Goat Workout Season.  Get your workout scheduled before the weather gets too cold and the Babies get TOO BIG! 

Once the waiver is submitted, we will begin placing athletes in groups based on age.  Our older groups will be put through a bodyweight workout routine focused on the Strength and Conditioning needed for basketball.  During this time, the goats will be jumping on your backs during Push-Ups and climbing in your arms during Squats.

The event will end with an event for the younger kids to come and run around with the kids while working on Speed, Agility, and Quickness.

Build STRENGTH and SPEED while bonding with your team!
*There will be time at the end of each workout for pictures with the Goats as well as holding the babies.
