Athlete Question: Quick Strength Workout

Today's question comes from a Tennis/Soccer athlete who needs something they can do on their own between practices. With 2 "Year Round" sports, getting enough time in the weight room can be really difficult so the more you can do at home the better. Below you will find a full body - zero equipment - workout for anyone looking to get equal parts strength and endurance:



The Workout:

  1. Superset: Push-Ups / Squats / Mountain Climbers 3x15

  2. Lunge to Knee Raises: 3x10 per leg

  3. Superset: Toe Tap / Shoulder Tap 3x15

  4. Superset: Russian Twist / Leg Raises / Bicycles 3x15
