Today's question comes from a Tennis/Soccer athlete who needs something they can do on their own between practices. The Workout:
Superset: Push-Ups / Squats / Mountain Climbers 3x15
Lunge to Knee Raises: 3x10 per leg
Superset: Toe Tap / Shoulder Tap 3x15
Superset: Russian Twist / Leg Raises / Bicycles 3x15
