Stability Work with the Bandbell Earthquake Bar

Stability, especially in the shoulders, is one of the core parts of our training program when it comes to athletes. Since starting in 2012, the majority of our athletes were from Shoulder Dominate Sports (Shotput/Tennis/Volleyball) and the ability to develop strong, stable, and powerful shoulders has been one of the most important parts of our training.


We use a lot of different techniques but when it comes to specialized equipment, I have yet to find a better bar than the Earthquake Bar by Bandbell. The vibrations that are sent up and down the arms really help build control and the endless bouncing of the weights hanging from the 5lb Bamboo bar build so much stability that when it comes time to compete the athletes are more than ready. Added bonus: This is such a huge Rehab/Prehab device.
