Post BACK DAY Challenge

I'm a big fan of grip work, GPP, and just pushing the athletes to their max at the end of the workouts with a challenge. On your next BACK day try this one out.


1: SUPERSET

A: HEAVY Farmers Holds for 30 seconds


B: 30 Weighted Sit-Ups


C: 20 Reverse Curls with a 45lb plate


Repeat for a minimum of 6 Rounds or team up with a partner and keep going until one of you can't complete the set
