It all started in 2012. After spending my first Summer as a Fitness Coach at the Julian Krinsky Camps and Programs (JKCP), training athletes from all over the world in the gym at Villanova University, I met with JKCP about taking over a small room in their Narberth Tennis Club to launch O'Hara Fitness. Since then, we have trained thousands and thousands of athletes across every sport imaginable - taking home State, Regional, National titles in Powerlifting, Tennis, Track and Field, Crew, and even Roller Derby. While we continue to train athletes across every sport, as long as we are located in a tennis club we will always dedicate a large chunk of our training to the Tennis Athletes.


Throughout this ONLINE PROGRAM, we will be go over training you can do at home, at a gym, with us, or even on a tennis court. Our goal is to not only make you a better athlete, but also reduce all chances of INJURIES on and off the court. Please message us anytime at: Team@oharafitness.net with any questions.
