Today is going to be focused 100% on LEG EXPLOSION!
Power behind the legs is going to play a major role in increasing your tennis game. Not only will you be hitting hard and for longer, but you will quickly see your balance and coordination improve as the power and strength in your legs blow up.
What happens when you have weak legs in tennis:
1: Weak serve and swing
2: Fatigue and crashing before the match is over
3: Upper body injuries from over using the shoulders, back, and arms because the legs are driving the movements
4: Lack of balance
This routine will be made up of a mixture of bodyweight exercises and kettlebell exercises. If you have questions or would like to schedule a FREE workout at our club in Narberth, PA - please contact us at Team@oharafitness.net
