Dumbbell Lunges with double tap (lower the knee 1inch from the ground, go up 1 inch, go back down 1inch, then go all the way up. That equals 1 rep)

Goblet Squat

Squat Holds with Calf Raises

(Squat down and hold at the bottom, do 20 calf raises, go up. That equals 1 rep)

Leg Raises

Russian Twist

Bicycles

Sit Ups
